Imagine every time you went out the door for a run, there were aid stations offering up food and drink at conveniently spaced intervals. Wouldn’t it make life so much easier? Unfortunately, outside of your local triathlon or half marathon, that’s not likely to happen (unless there’s a Food & Wine festival on in Main Street, in which case that run could take longer than you think!). Instead, you’ll have to make your own arrangements for refuelling. Most people need some sort of liquid intake for any run over an hour or so in length and carrying that liquid with you has always been a conundrum.
