Studies show that 90% of all Americans own more than one sweatshirt. Most, in fact, have purchased a sweat shirt in the last year. With these facts in their back pocket, Russell Athletic announced their newest technology, Dri-Power Fleece, claiming it to be “the most significant technology breakthrough in the history of America’s most classic clothing icon”.

Dri-Power technology has a two layer moisture management system that pulls sweat away from the body then transfers that sweat to the outer layer of fabric. This keeps the body drier and cooler than if the wearer was wearing a different fabric. Once the sweat reaches the top, outer layer it can evaporate much quicker.
